My definition of a "petshop" would be a shop, such as Petland, that sells live animals (with disregards to fishies, hamsters and parakeets). I do not consider PetCo or PetsMart a petshop but more of a pet supply/grooming store.
So personally, my answer would be no. I haven't stepped foot into a petshop since I was 9. And now that I know more about them, never will I consider going back. I don't think I want to support them in anyway whether it be buyinga dog or buying a dog collar.
But I do love PetsMart!
