the only reason i have been using DHL is because my boss gets shipping unlimited weight for next to nothing. and half the time he lets me ship it for free so I really can't beat that price
but it's almost not worth it if i have to deal with this.
I have filed a corporate complaint. we'll see what that does....probably nothing
