Ask local shelters, humane societies and vet clinics if you can hang up flyers there on their boards! My vet gave me a list of local 'recommended' groomers and it was much appreciated!

Also food stores, dept stores using have an area for things like that, like a public bulletin board! You can also make some really nice flyers with a coupon and drive around putting them on car wipers, and in mailboxes!
