It does not look infected. It looks just like Chloes. I took her to the vet because I was worried about it, and they said its fine.
I'm not a vet, so I can't say for sure. You might want to have it checked to be on the safe side, but it does looke EXACTLY like Chloe's did. She had a red puffy bubble that lasted two days like that. This occured 3 weeks after her spay. It actually had looked better before that. Now, a few days later, it looks good again.
