My vet is closed tomorrow, but I did get a 9:45 Friday appt.
I also called a friend that works for their spay/neuter place. Although she hasn't been in their regular vet office in years, she said it sounded like something Venus has been scratching, or a bite or something.
I just can't believe that in grooming her daily, I haven't seen it. Its on one side of the throat, covered with hair, and you can barely feel the "bump" on it.
She said it "sounded" like a scab to her.
I dunno.....but I will be a the vet, Friday morning.
Please keep her in your prayers.
Venus seems to feel just as wild and normal as usual, no change in anything else with her. Eating fine, drinking, playing....no change in anything.
Lets see if I can make it till Friday morning without me freaking out more! |
