I recently wrote this article in my blog about "10 Tips on how to choose a Toy Dog Breeder"

I think it would great for new people trying to look for a breeder. I was hoping to also get some other suggestions from all of you so I can add another 10 tips later on. I see so many people unaware of faulty and bad breeders. I am hoping to educate people in hopes to help curb puppy mills and bad breeders.
