Thanks to all have responded. Pati, I'm glad to know that thinning out the hair made a difference. Brinkly has the weirdest hair, in my opinion. He has straight hair all though out the front of his body, then around the tail it wants to curl (especially in humid weather). I think he is soft coated, is your thicker haired girl soft coated also? Brinkly is 1 1/2 & his coat is still developing so I still don't feel like I know how to best fix his hair or have him groomed. Thanks again
