If the levels aren't back to normal the next step would be a possible doppler ultrasound but it takes an expert to read this and sometimes is a waste of money. You could also have a Scintography or Portogram done. You could also try the Protein C blood test. She may also need a liver biopsy. Usually Yorkies get extrahepatic shunts which are operable in most cases.
