I signed the petition. I hope someone can post in on other forums. I know alot of my maltese family would sign. It just breaks my heart - maybe because I am a mother of 2 young girls & I can just imagine how heartbreaking this is for them.
I think exceptions should be made in some cases. With this rescue's policies, we would have never been able to have our Abbey in our lives & she couldn't be more Spoiled & loved!
