We have this problem occasionally, but other times she really wants to walk. I think the problem is she wants to PLAY when she won't walk...not walk. If we're playing a lot inside and I try to take her for her walk the problem is more pronounced. Also, she does it when its cold out. So then I carry her to where I want her to go and she does her business and we walk back home.
I know for Ephaba its not the harness cuz she seems to really like the ONE harness I have. The other two are still too big so she fights them..but she loves the one that fits and doesn't it like it when I take it OFF. I think thats cuz its fleece lined and helps keep her warm!
