First of all "All people want to do is put dogs down when they do something wrong when they simply don't know better". That's a pretty broad statement. My dog was a fear biter, he bit out of fear. If you think we put him down because he was "doing something wrong" you're wrong. We worked with him for about 4 months with a trainer and he just got worse. He would shake uncontrollably when any child came close to him, he was scared to death of them. Why? We don't know. All we knew was that he was getting worse and unpredictable and someone was going to get hurt. Please don't be so quick to judge me when you didn't live with the situation and don't have a clue as to how hard that decision was to make.
