Some do have high protien levels......I feed 2 different brands, as what is good for one yorkie, may not agree with another.
My advice to my potential (and I do send a puppy pack home with the food the puppy is on) puppy owners is; You can feed the most expensive food on the market, but if the dog doesn't eat it what good is it?
Each person has to do what is right for their puppy...Research foods and remember things evolve.
