It just plain sucks to get older. When you slow down so does everything
else so you have to adjust your intake of food as well or you have a

Carol you are so right - I have to also stay around 1200-1300 calories plus exercise to lose anything at this age..lol. I also read a lot about what Oprah has and that's why you see the market being flooded now with supplements taunting boost your metabolism....I'm going to have my thyroid checked next June for my annual just to make sure.
