Default Probiotics

I have fed my current puppy plain yogurt or Kefir each morning since he came home of 10ml along with a half vitamin B as recommended by the vet for his lack of appetite. I will continue to do this as it strengthens his immune system and will also introduce it to the new yorkie baby .

Does anyone else do this? It is one of the best things you can feed to your dogs

I also do not feed commercial. I have Royal Canin kibble but he wont eat it anymore and that is fine. I might try introducing it in his cooked food bit by bit until my 5kilo bag is used up LOL. So far he may have eaten 8 ozs . When puppy number two arrives on Sat, I will also try my best not to make the same mistake I made with this first puppy by cold turkey changing foods. I will try to incorporate the cooked and a bit of his food bit by bit. I so wanted to feed this one home cooked I went to it cold turkey , lack of experience is a heck of a thing. Now I know better

But the yogurt is a 7am ordeal with vitamins, then at 8am he has a terrific appetite. Vet also said the yogurt actually boosts the appetite along with the vitb
