Thanks so much Jenn and SugarMama,
I am not able to take meds, so I have to use alternative methods. It sure is painful, would put ice on it for swelling but it's too painful for anything to touch it

Drinking lots of water and watching my diet for sure. Will do as you suggested here, thanks so much for posting back to me.
