Watch her very closely for any signs of hypoglycemic shock or diarrhea. When they are very small and young, they can go downhill quickly.

Was the puppy shipped? Could she be throwing up out of anxiety? I'd give lots of water and nutrical, and call the vet for advice. I would also give a call to the breeder and let them know what's going on.
