Now for my opinion LOL I feel that 30 is too old....but thats just me. I took the route where my kids will be 23, 16 and 15 by the time I'm 40. I didn't want to have a 10 year old at 40. my aunt is 45 with a 5 yr old and she loves it..you have to do what works for you as far as the risks that are involved its mainly after the age of 40.
