I can relate to this story; I have a male yorkie but he is 4-mts and he plays out-side and the minute he comes back he goes to the kitchen rug. I am home all day. So I try to keep a schedule. In the morning it has due on the grass and he goes on the porch. Sorry I'm not much help but just to let you know you are not the only one.
