I know just how you feel, I did something much worse. The thing is, it was an ACCIDENT. Things happen, and you are not a bad mommy.
I never mentioned this incident because it made me feel the same way, but here goes
I was getting a knife out of my wooden block and I knocked the WHOLE thing down on top of Luna (my smaller girl) It was full of SHARP knives, and I thought for sure that I'd killed her
She only let out one little yelp when it happened, I think out of fright more than anything. She was perfectly fine, I snatched her up SO fast and inspected her from nose to tail. I was SO scared that one of the knives had cut her, or that the heavy block might have broken something
NOT a scratch, thank God, and she was fine. Whew, I feel better telling y'all that now
My husband doesn't even know, he'd have been so upset, and since she was fine, I decided not to say anything. Luna is HIS baby
