EAR Mites - or ear infection - Mites look like little coffee grounds inside the ear - an infection will give off a smell - either way - sounds like your baby needs his little ears checked ...this isn't normal and it could be something easily treatable and YES - I would go to the vet asap - that has to be driving him nuts...GOOD LUCK !!!
