i have no idea how much of any of this to use. I start with the can of tomatoes and add the other stuff until it looks good. I usually end up with about 10 jars of salsa LOL because I make it too spicy and have to add more tomatoes LOL

I've been meaning to make my own salsa (I have a nice little chopping machine that I never use), haven't gotten around to getting a recipe. I'm gonna borrow yours if you don't mind. It seems simple enough for me to handle
