When I got my yorkie, he had a heart murmur, a severe case of coccidia, hypoglycemia, upper respiratory infection, conjunctivitis, and liver problems (that we didn't know at the time). To this day, he has had 3 surgeries. The only problems that he has now are his liver problems (which cause seizures, head pressing, lethary, etc) and bladder stone issues. Both of which are under control now due to supplements and special foods and a special daily regimen for him. The vets wanted to put him down when he was 4 months old...He is now 3 1/2 yrs old and healthier than I've ever seen him
