Des, I almost feel bad for you with the amount of business you have and how hard I know you work!! We all love your products and are therefore willing to wait (at least I am) for however long it takes. Personally, you make the most gorgeous things for furbabies I've seen. So I don't care that I have to wait to get them. Heck, I would wait a year if I had to
And really, for CUSTOM things, your items don't take too long, and we know you have the best customer service around
