If it was seasonal, one would think her eyes would be watery and/or she'd be biting/licking her paws more. I mix boiled down chicken and veggies with her Nutro Ultra dry food, or I mix in the Nutro soft food lamb & rice with it when I am in a hurry. I am just learning how to do the homefood, so I haven't done too much yet. She isn't licking/biting her paws or showing watery eyes. I will try the conditioner first and go from there. She is only 6 months right now, so it could just be puupy dry skin
