Her pancreas and gall bladder was swollen and the gall bladder was blocked. He opened her up. Her small intestine is very red and swollen. She trying to recuperate but the road is long... I'm thinking of bringing her home tonight with the IV to give her lots of love.... I think she's starting to be lonely!

Have you had a really sick Yorkie that survived? How long did it take to recover? Please give me some feedback!
im not sure of taking her home if she is in vets care. you may want to love your baby. but can you visit. if she is that sick with pancreas she cant get in to any thing to eat. tede had what they thought was pancreas but it was not. but i learned how serios it is. you will need to be mommy nurse and read lots about the best food. NOTHING table scraps. look at old threads lots of info.your baby is sick. be careful to listen to your vet and the people here that have been through it. best wishs hope she can come home soon with out i.v. that is hard. me i would go be with her where they are making sure nothing happen to the i.v.
