I was told to help keep a dog's coat full of lusture and shine you should suppliment them with some sort of high quality oil, flax oil, cod liver oil, salmon oil etc each day. I give my current puppy this and even his puppy coat is getting a lovely shine. I will also contiue this with my new soon to be yorkie
