Well she said it and her mom said it. Her mom said she was furious at first. I guess she might have released it purposely but she's saying she didn't. And she was saying she didn't like to talk about it on the talk shows she goes on because of her little sister. I guess we'll never know... but pictures get published in tabloids and videos are released all the time that were supposed to be private moments for celebrities
