You need some picture shrinking software to get it to shrink to 75x75 pixels. If you don't have any, try going to one of the online sites that shrinks pictures.
www.shrinkpictures.com is one.
Or you could attach a larger picture 400 x 600 pixels to your post here by scrolling down and clicking on "Manage attachments," and someone will be happy to shrink it for you.
