I am sooooooooo happy.
Her ALT which tested at 118 last time is back down to 43.
Her preprandial bile acid last time was 4.1 and this time is about 8.
Her postprandial bile acid last time was 47 and is now 15.?.
She seemed to be getting a UTI but the urine looks good (we will culture anyway to make sure).
There is no need for an ultrasound or biopsy right now since those numbers are too low for a shunt and Ellie doesn't really have symptoms.
So we stay with the Denosyl, Vitamin E and diet change.
Now we have to talk about spaying her though.
The only concern is with possible MVD and the anesthesia and pain meds but we should be able to get around that.
I'm so relieved.
