Is Rockford dog-friendly? My daughter lives downtown Chicago, and everyone there has a yorkie. It's a sub-culture all it's own!! The guys are always letting their yorkies to help them make connections.  |
I live in dt Chicago too. I love it here. There are so many little dogs everywhere. Most of them walk on a leash, but I'm afraid of letting Riley walk on a leash here. I'm afraid he'll get stepped on.
