He could have silky in his line somewhere - it's just too hard to tell because a lot of yorkies look very silky-like now. Most likely he's the result of breeding out of standard yorkies. He looks like he has a silky coat to me, although it looks to be of a wavy texture. He's cute though and has a sweet face!
