It is, depending on if you have normal feet or wide feet. I wear a size 5, but I have a friend who is in her 40's that wears a size 2 or 3 in childrens!! And she can only shop in the childrens section cause shes so small and short! No shes not a midget. I think she said 2 or 3 more inches and she would be considered one though!!
