Oh I am so sorry to hear about your son and the turmoil you must be going through to get this resolved. I agree with chattiesmom. My daughter is a teacher and she even agrees it takes the threat of a law-suit to get their butts in gear at times. I know I would want to try everything before going that route but I would let them know that if it isn't resolved quickly that is your intention.
