I don't allow anyone to visit my pups until a few days after their first set of shots....

People can bring in fleas on their clothes, virus and other illnessess on their shoes. When I come in from a dog show or anywhere else I remove my clothes, shower, etc. before going into the whelping/puppy area.

My vet won't even do a puppy check until after hours and brings the pups into a sterilized room.
