Luckily, I work evenings so usualy the room is rather empty. I try to curb my YT-viewings until after my managing editor leaves, b/c his office is right behind me and he has huge windows, lol.
But as a contrast, most of my coworkers smoke. They take 10 minute smoking breaks every 20 minutes...so ifi you add up that time they're outside smoking, my editors laugh at me because if they catch me on YorkieTalk, I remind them that is how I choose to spend my "nonsmoking break" and I spend far less time on this site than they do outside inhaling tar into their lungs. LOL. (No judgments on smokers, I did until I quit back in December of '03.)
But yes, I am lucky to have such a lenient job. As long as my stories are finished by deadline, they don't care about me bringing Sully or surfing the net. I'm just as spoiled as my dog is, I think.
