Misty, I feel your pain. I have been there. Fighting for your children's rights can be like beating your head against the wall. Thank goodness all that is past for me since they are all grown. Since I worked in the school system I had a little advantage. Sometimes it's who you know. I am so sorry that you are going thru this 'cause after all it's the law and you shouldn't have to fight with that teacher. Won't your counselor help you out. In my school district, they really back up those IEP's 'cause they have been sued on more than one occasion. Bless your heart with your back pain too. I will keep you in my prayers. Patty |
