Here are a few suggestions:
1. Try changing shampoos.... I use Chris Christenson products (Clean start is a great shampoo)... and don't forget to rinse WELL! There are many great products out there. Also there are colognes made for dogs, but be careful. Some of them are pretty strong. I don't use too much of the stuff as my dogs noses are sensitive and they sneeze.
2. My groomer will trim "pee pee" area, so the hair don't get saturated in that area.
3. Make sue that your little furball doesn't have urinary track issues causing her urine to be strong smelling. (If so, you may want to check with your vet for some help)
4. SOme dogs like to roll in dead bugs, worms, etc..... check your outside area!
