I would def. speak to someone higher up. Something similar happened to my hubby before we got married. He thought he had over $400 in his account and went out and bought a few things. Then he got a letter in the mail that he overdrafted. Well what had happened was someone with a similar name deposited money in their account and they accidently put it in hubbys. Once they caught onto the mistake they took the money out of his account and put it back where it was originally suppose to go without telling hubby. Banks make mistakes all the time. I'd go check it out. I'd hate for you to use the money on something else and then they fall back on you later.
