Welcome! You should NOT expect a 9 week old pup to hold it all night. I would wait until at least 12 weeks to expect that of her. I recommend a rubbermaid container with the crate inside, minus the door, and a piddle pad on the other side of the container...this way she can keep her crate clean and still go potty without roaming around your house while you sleep.
You can start the door on the crate at night after she is old enough...This is what I plan to do with my new little girl.
