I had a 8 year old crabby pom when I got Cali 2 years ago and I just let them get adjusted to each other and had no problems. It helped that Cali was very laid back. Then 10 months ago I brought Pixie a 13 month old yorkie in to the house. She is a spitfire and picks on Cali but loves the pom. I just made sure they all got along before leaving them alone together and give them all lots of attention. I also played with them together so they got use to each other. I think it will be fine. |
