I really don't know how much you should give her via syringe. When my Sissy was sick and I was trying to keep her hydrated, I would give her 1cc of liquid via syringe every hour, but she wasn't a pup. Just make sure your little one isn't choking on it. I'd probably give her whatever she will take.
