My boys are good at 5 below, but they have to be in coats, booties and keep moving.

The secret is to ease them into it. Don't expect your pup to want to do a long walk in the cold the first time. Do a short one and make it as fun as you can. Then gradually lengthen the walks.

I only use booties when the snow comes, which for us looks like maybe tonight!
