Hi Tanksmom. My Shi Tzu has terrible skin allergies. They were never diagnosed as "yeast infections" but that did fit. Food did make a difference for him. Right now, he's on Natural Balance and doing really well, but he actually did the best on a raw diet. We used Steve's Real Food.
