It all depends on what you want your contract to say. Do you have a health guarantee and for how long? Do your puppies come with a 72 hour vet check guarantee for a refund if the puppy is found to have a problem? Do you have a spay/neuter/AKC limited registration on your pups? Will any vet costs be covered by you or the new owner or split? Are you willing to take the puppy back in the future if the new ownes are unable to keep the puppy?
