Hi, my shih tzu Chloe(Tanks older sister) has a rash on her lips. In the spring the vet said it was a allergy reaction and to switch foods and wait. Well 4 months later no change so I went back in. They did some testing and decided it was a yeast infection. They said a yeast infection would only happen with a compermised immune system soooo were on perscription food. Not one Im to happy about but I dont know what to do. Has anyone heard of yeast infections on the skin happening? And the diet fixing it?
