yep...amazing. they were claiming that i had the wrong zip code on the shipping label. they said that i had the same zip code for the ship TO as the ship FROM. i looked at my copy of the label and i had everything right. they are just stupid and entered it wrong i guess.
they are sending me a new shipping package for free but that doesn't change the fact that they screwed up one of my orders. i take that VERY seriously!!!
