the only tartar "prevention" diet i know of is T/D which you get from your vet. The main problem with it tho is that it causes weight gain becuase its extremely fatty. Dry food doesn't really do anything to prevent tartar build up anyway. Your best bet is to brush those teeth as often as you can.
