This woman sounds like BAD NEWS.
I would call her or email her (and keep records) that you want to refund her money and she is to bring your dog back! I have a feeling she may not want to do that if she's sue happy....But as long as you offered she really doesn't have a leg to stand on if you go to court. But for that poor puppys sake I would really try to get him to a better home, obviously his best interest is not in her heart. Im sure someone on YT would love to give that baby a home!
