I am so sorry for your loss. I know how it feels.. My mom and I lost our female yorkie in the end of May of this year. We had gotten her from a breeder. on the way home her breathing was terrible. so we took her to the vet to find out she had collapsed trachea and her heart was enlarged. so they put her on prednisone it helped for a few months. then she got worse. she was having more and more trouble breathing. so they upped her prednisone and put her on water pill. and in the end we had to put her down. because there was nothing more they vet could do. we took her to our house and buried her. i miss her terribly.
