Default What I would do...

I would give her the money back minus processing fee's of $100.00. You sold the dog as is. Processing fees? Any documents you printed up for her, for her vet to look over.

Since you sold it as is, she really has no case but if I were you I would rather get the dog back if she is this unhappy, god knows what she would do to the dog.

At this point in the tranaction the most she can get back is the original sale price. If she goes to the Vet, has the dog altered, shots ect you could end up paying for things you can't prove were done unless you can get the Vet records. Then you have to be careful to make sure your Dog is the Dog that was "Actually seen"

There are to many variables that she can "Make up" if you don't get the dog back and return her cash immediately. Again I would try with holding a processing fee of $100.00 unless you just want to wash your hands of this.
